Once again, on the first weekend of May, we will admire the rhythms and talents of dancesport at the Žalgiris Arena!
The 59th International Dancesport Competition “Amber Couple” will be held on May 3 and 4.
The two days of the event will be crowned by a free event on Sunday, May 4, at 7 p.m. – a concert dedicated to Mother’s Day and the finale of the competition.
“Amber Couple” is the first and longest-standing international dance sport competition in Lithuania, which has been held in various locations in Kaunas since 1965. Over the years, this competition has become an important starting point for young dancers, helping them to start and develop their careers. Thanks to this competition, many dance sport champions have grown up in Lithuania, who are making the country famous in the world. Every year, not only the best pairs of dancers from our country, but also from abroad, gather for this competition, and international-class experts from more than ten countries come to judge.
